Payment - Pricing - Refunds
For the Client to pay for a commission the Editor will create an invoice via invoice.easystaff.io and send it to the client through email. The Client must pay the invoice in full after verifying the quality of a watermarked small portion of the end product rendered in reduced resolution.If the Client is a legal entity - the Client would have to provide following information: country of operation, company's legal name, company TaxID, company's legal address, contact email. Once the Editor fills out this information an invoice will be sent to the contact email.If the Client is a private person - the Client would have to provide following information: contact email. A form will be sent to the contact email for the client to fill out by themselves for privacy. After filling out the form an invoice will be sent to the contact email.Video editing work can be priced anywhere between 100 and 500€ EUR depending on the scope and complexity of the project. The Editor reserves the right to evaluate the scope and complexity of the project based on Client's description and price it accordingly.If the Client requires changes to the final edit, the Editor will dedicate a total of 3 unpaid work hours to implementing them. If implementing the changes requires over 3 work hours - additional hours will incur a charge at a rate of 15€ EUR per additional hour. It is the Editor's responsibility to disclose upfront how many hours applying the changes will take and if they will require additional charges. If the Editor takes longer than promised to deliver the revised edit - the earlier disclosed additional charge will still stay the same. Additional charge is required to be paid before the Editor submits the final edit to the Client.YouTube thumbnail creation is priced at 30€ EUR if the Client explains exactly what they want to see on their thumbnail. If the Client does not have a design in mind and the Editor has to come up with it from scratch - the price would be 50€ EUR. Changes to the final YouTube thumbnail are done free of charge.The Editor DOES NOT offer refunds in any circumstance due to technical limitations.
By paying the invoice you agree to the TOS.

It is welcomed to provide a video example after which style the Editor could follow. If the Client has specific requests it is their responsibility to make them as clear as possible. The Editor would not be responsible for errors caused by the Client's inaccurate information. The Editor reserves the right to require any and all files required for the project to be sent through Google Drive in case of technical difficulties.The Client can request a work in progress at any time and the Editor will get back to them as soon as he can. For work in progress footage the Editor will choose a part that he considers worth the attention and render it out at a reduced resolution with a watermark.The deadline should be disclosed upfront by the Client. The Editor is not responsible for not meeting a deadline that was not disclosed in time.

Rights
The Editor retains all rights to videos, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion.Clients do not need to request permission from the Editor to post commissions on their YouTube channel, social media, etc. Crediting the Editor is not required, however, claiming the commissioned work was made by a third party is prohibited. If disclosure of video's editor is required - full credit should go to the Editor: Arthad.The Client may request a delay in publication for time-sensitive work, such as promotional work.
